Service Description

Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body. It is done to restore balance to the body and stimulate healing. Acupuncture is based on the belief that there is a flow of energy, or Qi (pronounced "chee"), throughout the body that can become disrupted. By inserting needles into specific points along the body's meridians (or energy channels), acupuncturists aim to restore the flow of Qi and promote healing. Acupuncture is generally considered safe when performed by a trained practitioner. It is often used to treat a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, digestive issues, and anxiety.
